Enable accepts in kind donations. Any time of the year, you can make an in kind donation to Enable. In kind donations may be new items or gently used items. In the past, for example, a family donated their used van that Enable put to use to transport persons with disabilities that we serve. Another example is computer hardware. However, we can only accept computers that are current and in good condition. Enable does not accept certain items. For example, we do not accept used clothing. We no longer accept equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds, and items such as these. Enable does assist persons and families with minor home modifications such as ramps and stair glides. We will accept items such as these through our contractors who must ensure the equipment is safe and in good condition
